Part of the Writing the Senses series which helps students to recognise and use sensory imagery in their writing. This prompt introduces students to gustatory imagery, using an extract from the novel Butter by Asako Yuzuki. Students will reflect on the social and cultural significance food holds for us, before writing a descriptive paragraph about one of their favourite dishes.
